The Wisdom Lab
We live at a time when human knowledge is expanding at an unprecedented pace.
The artificial intelligence revolution is transforming our ability to acquire knowledge, process information, and solve problems.
Yet the central challenge facing humanity is not simply how to know more, but how to think differently.
Knowledge helps us understand reality through the concepts and frameworks we have already developed.
Wisdom goes further. It involves the ability to recognize the limitations of these frameworks, question our assumptions, exercise judgment in situations of complexity and uncertainty, and develop new ways of understanding and acting when reality changes.
The Wisdom Lab is dedicated to cultivating and applying this capacity.
Its purpose is not merely to find better answers to familiar questions, but to examine whether we are asking the right questions in the first place.
I will begin by introducing topics and questions that invite us to reconsider established assumptions, explore alternative perspectives, and discover new possibilities for understanding and action.
Gradually, I hope the Lab will evolve into a shared space for conceptual reframing, where participants can contribute their own questions and insights, challenge one another's assumptions, and develop new perspectives together.
The transition from the Age of Knowledge to the Age of Wisdom begins with the willingness to rethink even what we believe we already know.
The Intelligence Lab — From Shared Thinking to Continuous Renewal
The Intelligence Lab is not just for introducing new ideas or learning new ways of thinking.
My ambition is to create a space where we can experience together the processes of rethinking real and shared problems.
The laboratory will be open both to the big questions facing humanity, such as the transition from the age of knowledge to the age of reason following the artificial intelligence revolution, and to practical problems in the areas of personal and interpersonal life, organizations, and society.
Our starting point will be
Identifying the gaps between the changing reality and the thinking frameworks through which we try to understand it and act within it.
Through the encounter between different perspectives, we will attempt to reexamine basic assumptions that have become self-evident and discover new possibilities for understanding and action.
From my experience, I have learned that such a process cannot be fully planned in advance. It is only when we begin to tackle a problem and progress in its investigation that we discover not only difficulties and questions we did not anticipate, but also new possibilities that we could not have imagined at the beginning.
Therefore, the intelligence laboratory itself will also develop gradually, through shared experimentation and learning.
Initially, I will raise issues and questions for rethinking myself. Later, I hope that participants will join, bringing their own perspectives, questions, and initiatives.
I hope that over time the lab will become a nucleus from which additional initiatives and labs for rethinking will grow.
My intention is not to establish and manage an organizational network, but rather to stimulate and encourage processes in which people can develop new ways of thinking together and apply them in their areas of life and activity.
If additional labs emerge from this, they will develop through the initiative and responsibility of the participants themselves.
In this way, the intelligence laboratory may transform from a personal starting point into an expanding process of shared human renewal.
